Thanks to all the Coaches and Gymnasts who have  been involved in all our daily online classes, they are going down a storm!

With special thanks to World Champion Elliott Browne, Clare Rudd (Head Coach Deeside), Megan Jenkins (Specialist Strengthening Coach) and all our fabulous team of superb coaches who have picked up online working really well.

We will keep reinventing these creative and hard working sessions to ensure all our gymnasts keep in top form for when the club is allowed to return once again to normal training.

Alisha Evanson and Amy Buckle performed great at the Revolution Competition at Lilleshall coming back with Gold (Alisha), Silver(Alisha non BG Squad Comp) and Bronze (Amy Overall) Medals from the Day. They were competing against Great Britain Squad members and both competed well and nailed their runs. Its time to look at the higher tariff elements now so they can both compete at the higher levels and push for the top!

Lots of work ongoing at the centre as the walls and floors are being constructed for the foam pits and the fasttack/tumble track areas. Deliveries coming in daily for materials and new equipment. Next few weeks the heating and electrical installations that are all brand new are about to start. Hopefully in April we will be all ready to go but still will have lots to do to get the facility to where we want it!

Laura Hudson was nominated and selected by Active Cheshire as one of the inspirational women in Cheshire and attended a lunch event at Cranage Hotel to celebrate their achievements, well done!

img_4262Just delivered, £10,000 worth of new equipment from Gymnova, courtesy of British Gymnastics grant to aid the Moss Farm Project.

We have a range of equipment including safety mats, many supporting blocks of all shapes which are ideal for FreeG (free running) type of gymnastics. We will get lots of use out of them and the coaches are already thinking of how they can be put to use for most benefit for the gymnasts.

The overall cost of equipment for Moss farm is in excess of £250,000.
