BBC 1 Tumble Programme from 9th Aug. Inspires new Adult Classes

UnknownWow, a gymnastics spectacular on prime time Saturday night for six weeks! We have just been to our National Governing Body (British Gymnastics) to talk to the BBC staff who are involved in this new programme, it sounds fantastic.

As a result we are going to Offer brand new Adult Tumble classes at two of our sites starting in September. So watch the programme and if you like what you see and fancy a go, not exactly what you see by the way, be realistic! then come along and Have a Go!

Definitely interested! Been years since I did a backflip (more than 20!) but would be great to see what I could do with a few months practice…

You will be great I am sure, especially if you used to do a flic! I believe your quite a gardner too and not too shy to appear on the BBC!

I would love to have a go but I have NO previous gymnastic training, the best I can manage is a forward roll! Would this class be ok for people like me who are starting from scratch or is a better starting ability needed?

      Hi Jenny,
Its no problem, if you have basic fitness and flexibility then we can work with that, oh the other thing you need is a bit of determination!
Have a look at the schedule of classes and tell us which one suits from September onwards.
      see you soon!

I will give it a go. The mind is willing but not so sure about the body. It will be fun to try though. Looking forward to it.
